Atom has three sub particles, that is neutron. protons and electrons. Electrons has the smallest mass since it has a mass of 9.11 x10 ⁻³¹kg
Both neutrons and protons has the same mass, that is the mass of 1.67 x 10⁻²⁷ kg since 9.11 x 10⁻³¹kg is small than 1.67 x 10⁻²⁷kg electrons has the smallest mass
