    I think 2.3*108 cm3

cause we will turn (cm3 - dm3-mm3) to m3 so 2.3*108 cm3 will be the big number

    The largest volume is b) 2.3 * 10⁸ cm³.

Convert each measurement to the same units (say, cubic metres).

    a) 2.3 * 10¹ m³ = 2.3 * 10¹ m³

    b) 2.3 x 10⁸ cm³ * (1 m/100 cm) ³ = 2.3 * 10² m³

    c) 2.0 x 10⁴ dm³ * (1 m/10 dm) ³ = 2.0 * 10¹ m³

    d) 2.0 x 10⁸ mm³ * (1 m/1000 mm) ³ = 2.0 * 10⁻¹ m³

The volume of 2.3 * 10² m³ is the largest volume.
