    K2CO3 is both composed of K and CO3. If we look at the periodic table we can see that NK has a + 1 charge and there is two of them, so we can say that CO3 has a - 2 charge.

    Therefore you have K+, and a CO3-2

    CO3 is only soluble when it is paired with K, so in this case both their phases are (aq).

    So we got:

    K + (aq), CO3-2 (aq)
