    As the molecular formula of CaCO₃ suggested, that there are 3 moles of oxygen are there in 1 mole of CaCO₃.

    So in 1.25 mol of CaCO₃ contains=1.25 * 3 moles of oxygen

    =3.75 moles of oxygen

    So there are 3.75 moles of oxygen are there in 1.25 mol of CaCO₃.

    Answer: 0.0375

    Explanation:

    1 mole of CaCO3 contains 3 moles of oxygen.

    Molar mass of CaCO3 = [40 + 12 + (16*3) ] = 100g/mol.

    From the stoichiometry,

    1 mole = molar mass

    100moles of CaCO3 = 3moles of oxygen

    1.25 moles of CaCO3 = x moles of oxygen

    X = (1.25 * 3) / 100 = 0.0375 moles of oxygen

    Therefore, 0.0375 moles of oxygen is present in 1.25 moles of CaCO3
