When we work in a laboratory then it is important to follow all the instructions carefully by understanding them properly.

Also, we work by wearing gloves in order to avoid any chemical contact with our skin. But these gloves do contain imperfections due to which some amount of chemical substance remain intact to our skin or hands.

As a result, when we remove gloves after the experiment then chemical still remains on our hands. Hence, they reach to the things that we touch.

Therefore, it is advisable to properly wash your hands after handling organisms or chemicals so that any kind of chemical remains also get washed off from our hands.

Gloves can contain many imperfections which makes various contaminants to get through to skin.

    Explanation:

It is very important to wear the gloves when one is working with the hazardous chemicals and also other materials like organisms because they protect the hands from the infection and the contamination.

Protective gloves must be selected on basis of hazards involved. However, due to poor quality and the aggressive nature of the contaminants, some of them may penetrate the gloves an get to the skin. Thus, it is advised to wash the hands after handling the organisms or the chemicals.
