How could you separate a mixture of rocks from sand

    A sifter, doing this you have a pile of rocks and sand in the sifter, shifting it back and forth will then allow the sand to fall through (maybe into a bucket of come sort) leaving only rocks in the sifter.

    If you have plenty of time, you can do it by hand, one by one.

    If you don't have time, put it through a sifter.
