Andy has two samples of liquids. Sample A has a pH of 4, and sample B has a pH of 6. What can Andy conclude about these two samples?

    PH below 7 is always acid, pH equal to 7 is neutral and above 7 is base. as we get closer to 7 acid becomes weaker so you can say both are acid and the one with pH 4 is stronger.

    That a is a acid and b is an acid as well but a weak one as it's near to neutral
