Gravitational force is the force of attraction of different bodies due to their masses.

Nuclear force is the force that acts between protons and neutrons of atoms.

    Different:

Strong nuclear force applies only to protons while gravity applies to all matter.

Gravity occurs on all the levels of space while the strong nuclear force occurs only at the sub-atomic level.

    Alike:

    They are both attractive forces.

    They are both charge-independent.

Alike between gravitational force and strong nuclear force:

i). Both gravitational force and strong nuclear force are attractive forces in nature.

ii). Both gravitational force and strong nuclear force are like forces and charge independent forces in nature.

Differences between gravitational force and strong nuclear force:

i). Gravity force is the force between two masses while nuclear forces are the forces that exists in the nucleus of an atom.

ii). Gravity force is a long range force while strong nuclear force is short range force.
