    Mixture contain 2 or more substances that is not chemically bonded.

    Compound is a substance that contain 2 or more elements that is chemically bonded.

    A mixture is composed of two or more elements joined by physical means, there are two types of mixtures, homogeneous and heterogenous. On the other hand, compounds are made of two or more elements that are combined by chemical means.
