    Diamonds are definitely a scarce resource because it is very limited, which is why they are so expensive.

    Oil is also scarce because it is limited and needed for gas, and fuel that we use.

    Time I'm not so sure about, because it is unlimited and will go on forever, but all parts of time only happen once, so therefore I believe it is a scarce resource.
