    The resulting pressure is 5, 71 atm

    Explanation:

    We use the Boyle'2 Mariotte formula:P1xV1=P2xV2. We convert the unit of volume ml into L: 4225, 6/1000=4, 2256 L and 2162,4ml/1000 = 2,1624

    P1xV1=P2xV2---> P2 = (P1xV1) / V2

    P2 = (2,92 atm x 4,2256 L) / 2,1624 L=5, 71 atm
