    1.33moles

    Explanation:

    N1 = 1.0 moles

    V1 = 22.5L

    V2 = 30L

    N2 = ?

    From mole - volume relationship,

    N1 / V1 = N2 / V2

    N2 = (N1 * V2) / V1

    N2 = (1.0 * 30) / 22.5

    N2 = 1.33moles

    Number of moles of the gas is 1.33 moles
