    A canola oil is an edible oil which has a composition of 7.365 percent for saturated oils 63. 276 percent for unsaturated oils and 28.142 for other oils. since the largest percentage is the unsaturated oils, it is implied that there are more double or triple bonds in the structure than single bonds. Hence the answer is b.) C=C. C) is not valid since H is only capable of 1 bond
