What type of energy is used to power up the lite bulb?

    In your common lightbulb you will transform electrical energy into two main forms of energy coming off of the lightbulb. Heat: from the filament of the bulb because you are running an electrical current through the filament. The heat is so immense that it forms our second form of energy, which is light!
