You have 125 g of a certain seasoning and are told that it contains 94.0 g of salt. What is the percentage of salt by mass in this seasoning?

    To work out the percentage, divide the actual amount of salt by the total mass of the seasoning and multiply by 100. (94/125) x 100 = 75.2.
