A chemical reaction can start when enough activation energy is added to the reactants. Do you think the activation energy for chemical reactions in living things is high or low / Explain your answer

    High, the enzymes in cells function or speed up reactions by lowering the activation energy.

    I think the best answer would be high. A chemical reaction can start when enough activation energy is added to the reactants. In living things the activation energy for chemical reactions is high. Because enzymes are present in cells in order to speed up reactions and give an alternative way for the reaction to occur.
