La fotosíntesis es el proceso donde las plantas capturan la energía de la luz solar y la utiliza para alimentar a sí mismos y los alimentos. La fotosíntesis es para proporcionar herbívoros y omnívoros con los alimentos. También produce oxígeno que es importante tener el fin de tener la respiración para la liberación de energía.
