Given the fictitious chemical equation below 2 cups of tea 1 tablespoon of dry tea + 2 cups of water What is the appropriate stoichiometric factor relating the two "reactants"?

    It is known that for each one tablespoon of dry tea we need 2 cups of water if we want to make two cups of tea.

    As 1 cup has 16 tablespoons.

    Hence, number of tablespoons present in two cups of water will be as follows.

    1 cup contains 16 tablespoons

    2 cups will contain = 2 * 16

    = 32 tablespoons

    Therefore, the stoichiometry is 1 : 32.

    Thus, we can conclude that the molar ratios from balanced equations is 1 : 32.
