    Explanation:

    Evaporation happens when atoms or molecules escape from the liquid and turn into a vapor. If the energy of water molecules is increased which means heat is released then the water molecules come to surface of the container and leaves it. These water molecules are called vapors. When water is heated, the molecules move and vibrate so quickly that they escape into the atmosphere as molecules of water vapor.
