Classify wine and beef stew as homogeneous or heterogeneous.

    Wine is a homogeneous mixture. Homogeneous means same throughout. Most things with water are homogeneous. You only see the wine in this mixture.

    Beef Stew is heterogeneous mixture. You can see the beef AND stew, it is different throughout. Not the same. Most heterogeneous mixtures are chunky or lumpy.
