    Total weight of compound = 63.94 + 61.06 = 125 g

    125 g of compound contains 63.94 g of cesium

    38.77 g of compound contains 63.94 x 38.77/125 g = 19.83 g of cesium

    rest will be iodine so

    iodine = 38.77 - 19.83 = 18.94 g.
