    Higher temperatures gives higher rates more molecules have enough kinetic energy to undergo successful collisions. By increasing the temperature, the peak or the maximum of kinetic energy is shifted to higher energies, we see that by increasing the temperature, the population of molecules that have higher kinetic energies in increased and it is reverse for molecules that have lower kinetic energies.
