In a hypothetical atom, electron Z transitions between energy levels, giving off an orange light in the transition. In the same atom, electron D gives off a violet light when it transitions between energy levels. Did electron Z or electron D have a transition that covered a greater energy difference? reference info from the spectrum in your answer

    the answer would be electron d, based on the spectrum violet has the most energy
