Answer is: there is no spectator ion.

    Balanced reaction hemical reaction:

    Ba (OH) ₂ (aq) + H₂SO₄ (aq) → BaSO₄ (s) + 2H₂O (l).

    Net ionic reaction:

    Ba ²⁺ (aq) + 2OH⁻ (aq) + 2H⁺ (aq) + SO₄²⁻ (aq) → BaSO₄ (s) + 2H₂O (l).

Barium cation and sulfate anion form precipate and hydrogen cations and hydroxide anion form molecular water. A spectator ion is an ion that exists as a reactant and a product in a chemical equation
