    Yes, this statement is true. In DNA, the bases will always pair up in a certain way. If A (Adenine) is on one side, T (Thymine) will be on the other and vice versa. Similarly, G (Guanine) and C (Cytosine) also pair up like this.

    Yeah, it is possible because we know that Adenine must bound to Thymine & Cytosine with Guanine. So, we can predict the alternative side easily.
