Assuming atoms are shaped like spheres what subatomic particles would be found in the center?

    Normally two types of subatomic particle are found at the centre of Atoms, these are Protons and Neutrons. One exception to this is Hydrogen which has one proton but no neutrons. The charge of the protons must always be equal to the charge of the orbiting electrons around the atom.
