The solution will be considered an acid

    Explanation:

Hydronium ion is the common name for protonated water, which is the positive ion that can be found in the dissolution of Arrhenius acid in water. The hydronium ion is highly acidic with a pKa of approximately 0 and the excess proton freely reacts with bases.

A property of an acid is that it turns blue litmus paper red, hence since the hydronium ion is both acidic and turns blue litmus paper red, it will be considered an acid.
