    We know that D=M/V

I don’t know what that first term is. If it is grams, we can just do 5.4g/78ml =.069g/ml

If that is Density, and you want grams, we can rearrange our Density equation with Algebra and say that M=D*V so we can do 5.4g/ml * 78ml = 421g
