How many moles of sodium chloride are present in 1.0 l of a 5.5 m solution of sodium chloride in water?

    molarity of NaCl solution is 5.5 M

    there are 5.5 mol of NaCl in 1 L

    therefore number of moles of NaCl present in 1.0 L of solution is 5.5 mol of NaCl
