    First of all to know if there is a precipitate or not, it is necessary to know the amount of solute in solvent, and thus be able to determine if the supersaturation of the solution triggers a precipitate.

    The stocheometric balanced chemical equation would be:

    Cu (NO3) 2 + 2 Na (OH) - --> Cu (OH) 2 + 2 Na (NO3)

    Explanation:

    In this reaction the irreversibility phenomenon occurs, that is why the arrow is unidirectional, where the stoichiometric balance is fulfilled, therefore the same amount of reagents remains constant in the form of products.

    On the other hand, in this exercise there are two chemical groups within the inorganic chemistry which is the group of hydroxides, which react with a ternary salt.
