    V₂ = 33581.4 ft³

    Explanation:

    Given dа ta:

    Initial temperature = - 15 °C (-15+273 = 258 k)

    Initial volume = 28500 ft³

    Final temperature = 31 °C (31+273 = 304)

    Final volume = ?

    Solution:

    According to the Charles's law

    Temperature and volume are directly related to each other.

    V₁/T₁ = V₂/T₂

    V₂ = V₁*T₂ / T₁

    V₂ = 28500 ft³ * 304 k / 258 k

    V₂ = 8664000 ft³. k / 258 k

    V₂ = 33581.4 ft³
