    The density of copper is 8.9 g/cm³.

    V = lwh = 8.4 cm * 5.5 cm * 4.6 cm = 212 cm³

    Density = mass/volume = 1896 g/212 cm³ = 8.9 g/cm³

    Note: The answer can have only two significant figures because that is all you gave for the dimensions of the block.
