    Explanation:

    P1V1/T1 = P2V2/T2

    V2 = P1*V1*T2 / (T1*P2)

    V1 = 700ml = 0.700 L

    P1 = 106.6 kPa

    T1 = 7+273.15 = 280.15 K

    T2 = 27 + 273.15 = 300.15 K

    P2 = 66.6 kPa

    V2 = 106.6*0.700*300.15 / (280.15*66.6) = 1.20 L=1200 mL
