    The reactants in the below reaction

    HCl + NaOH = NaCl + H2O are

    HCl and NaOH

    sodium hydroxide (NaOH) which is a base is neutralize by the hydrochloric acid HCl (an acid) to produce sodium chloride (NaCl) and water (H2O).

    Therefore both HCl and NaOH are the reactant in the reaction above
