    Radius of balloon = 5.0m surface area = 12.56 x (5.0m) ^2 = 314 m^2 Air pressure inside balloon=force/surface area=45 N / 314 m^2 = 0.14 N/m^2 1 Pa = 1 N/m2 Answer is 1.4 X 10^-1 Pa
