The correct answer is that the test dummy will continue forward until it makes contact with another object.

The Newton's first law of motion is also called the law of inertia, wherein an object at rest will remain at rest, while an object in motion will stay in motion with the similar speed and direction unless it is acted upon by an unbalanced force. The seatbelts and airbags in a car offer this force of stopping for the crash test dummy. In case, if the seatbelt of the dummy is not buckled then it will continue to move in forwarding direction, unless and until it meets an object.
