    Explanation:

    As the mole ratio of elements in a compound are same in empirical formula and molecular formula, the mass percentage is also the same in both the formulas. So the statement is correct.

    The compounds with same molecular formula will have same empirical formula as well.

    It is not compulsory that element present in the highest percentage by mass in a compound. It depends upon the number of atoms of the element present in the compound.
