    The same elements are:

    Element 1 and Element 3

Both contain equal number of proton = 6

    Explanation:

In the modern periodic table elements are arranged according to their atomic number. Hence those elements which have same atomic number are same element.

Atomic Number = The number of protons present in the nucleus of the atom is called atomic number.

The same element can have different number of neutrons, this occur in the case of isotopes.

The same element can have different number of electrons. When the element form ions (cation and anions) the number of protons and electrons are different.

The same element can never have different Proton.

    So,

In case of Element 1 and Element 3 : The number of proton are same = 6. Hence they are same element ( = Carbon "C")

Element 1 = Neutral ( = zero charge) because it has equal numbe rof proton and electron.

    Element 3 = Anion ( = negative charge) because it has more electron ( = 7), Than proton (=6)
