    Use the equation P1/V1=P2/V2.

    Known values:

    P1: 205 kPa

    V1: 4.00 L

    V2: 12.0 L

    Unknown:

    P2: let's call this variable x

    205/4.00=x/12.0 (cross multiply)

    205*12.0=x*4.00

    2460=4.00x (divide each side by 4.00)

    x = 615

    P2: 615 kPa
