Suppose 30 grams of NaCl are placed in 900 mL of water. What is the molarity of this solution?

    Explanation:

    Mm = 58.5, V = 900ml = 0.9dm3

    n = m/Mm = C*V

    30/58.5 = C * 0.9

    C = 0.57M
