Explain how measuring 6.00 g of carbon-12 indirectly counts one half Avogadro's number of-12 atom's

    The mass of any substance, in grams, is equal to a portion of that mole. Since one mole of carbon is 12.00 grams, half of a mole would be 6.00 grams, which would also be half of avogadro's number.
