No, however that is a commonly asked question, and so I respond with this on the Periodic Table, The element Carbon is. If your wondering how this relates, Coal, a form of Carbon, when heated to extreme temperatures and Crushed to an extreme amount of pressure can form into diamonds over a a long period of waiting (Millions and Billions of years).
