A shiny block weighs 34.567 g and measures 3.5 cm in length, 2.0 cm in width, and 1.5 cm in thickness. What is it's volume and density? With work to show

    Density of a substance is given by dividing its mass with volume.

    The volume of the block is 3.5 cm * 2.0 cm * 1.5 cm = 10.5 cm³

    thus density = 34.56 g / 10.5 cm³

    = 3.291 g/cm³
