    V₂ = 0.2*10⁶ L

    Explanation:

    Given dа ta:

    Initial volume = 0.050 L

    Initial pressure = 4.0*10⁶ atm

    Final volume = ?

    Final Pressure = 1.00 atm

    Solution:

    Formula:

    P₁V₁ = P₂V₂

    P₁ = Initial pressure

    V₁ = Initial volume

    P₂ = Final Pressure

    V₂ = Final volume

    Now we will put the values in formula.

    P₁V₁ = P₂V₂

    4.0*10⁶ atm * 0.050 L = 1.0 atm * V₂

    V₂ = 0.2*10⁶ atm. L / 1.0 atm

    V₂ = 0.2*10⁶ L
