Does it take more or less energy to break the weak acid bond or the weak base bond? (compare δh wa, δh wb) ? are the reactions endothermic or exothermic? why?

    Both weak acids and bases based on their name are weak not only based on the amount of materials that can eventually ionize or move into solution.

    It would take more energy to remove the bonding electrons in a weak acid or base than compared to a strong Acid or base, thus in part has to do with the overlap of bonding orbitals between the atoms in the chemical bonds.

    The values for H would be positive for both indicating an endothermic process, I believe.
