What is the percent b mass of chlorine in NaCl

    atomic mass Cl = 35.45 amu

    therefore:

    Cl% = (atomic mass Cl / molar mass NaCl) * 100

    Cl % = (35.45 / 58.44) * 100

    Cl% = 0.606 * 100

    Cl = 60.66 %
