    Option (b) and (d)

    BeS and LiF

    Explanation:

Ionic compounds as the name says are the compounds which are composed of ions mainly anions and cations through the indigenous forces like Dispersion/VanderWall forces. Here the compounds being formed are Lithium Fluoride, Aluminium Nitride and Beryllium Sulfide. Now as we know the key rule to sustain as an ionic compound is the combining of metal and non metal or we can say metal - non metal bond.

Therefore berrylium being a metal and sulphide (sulphur) being a non metal forms a ionic compound, similarly Lithium being a a metal and Florine being a non metal forms ionic compounds and so is aluminium nitride where aluminium is the metal and nitride (nitrogen) is the non metal. Whereas compound like AlLi cant form a compound because aluminium and lithium both are metals.
