How much heat is released when 30 g of water at 96°C cools to 25°C?

    Heat=mass*specific heatt capacity*temperature change

    Heat=30g*1cal (specific heatcapacity of water) * (25-96)

    =-2130cal/°C negative mean heat given out

    because if you take away 25 from 96 you get 71 and thats the amount that was released
