    Answer is: molar solubility of nickel (II) carbonate is 3.77·10⁻⁴ M.

    Chemical reaction:NiCO₃ (s) → Ni²⁺ (aq) + CO₃²⁻ (aq).

    Ksp = 1.42·10⁻⁷.

    s (NiCO₃) = ? M.

    s (NiCO₃) = s (Ni²⁺) = s (CO₃²⁻) = x.

    Ksp = s (Ni²⁺) · s (CO₃²⁻).

    Ksp = x · x.

    1.42·10⁻⁷ = x².

    x = √1.42·10⁻⁷ = 3.77·10⁻⁴ M.
