Why is not a reason why the mass of an atom is expressed in atomic mass units rather than in grams?

Atomic mass allows for mass differences in isotopes.

The mass in grams is too small to be useful.

Atomic mass units make it easier to compare the masses of atoms.

Scientists could not agree on a standard.

The mass of an atom is expressed in atomic mass unit rather in grams. All the statements about this are correct.

Atomic mass allows for mass differences in isotopes, many elements have their isotopes and all isotopes have different atomic masses. the mass in grams is too small so that's why atomic mass unit is used. Atomic mass units make it easier to compare the masses of atoms and also scientists could not agree on the standard of mass calculation in grams, they agree on atomic mass unit.
